Program Innovation Sprint
I was tasked by the VP of the Insights team at Reforge to look for ways to add value to our programs for customers. I led a cross-functional group comprising a Data Analyst, Content Strategist, Producer in creating a well-researched proposal of ideas to be presented to the Directors of the insights team.
O V E R V I E W
Role
I led the team through the design thinking process from the “Discover” stages to the “Prototype” stage. This included setting up the brainstorming exercises and delegating responsibilities to get our proposal over the finish line.
Deliverables
Presentation and report to Directors of the insights team who would decide the best places for the ideas to be implemented.
Business Outcomes & Impact
Our proposed solutions gave an additive, user research-backed voice into the rumblings that had been going around different teams for a while. Elements of our proposed ideas did make it into future iterations of the program product on the P3D side of the company, and some content.
**However it is important to note that at the time, the company was extremely focused on expanding product market fit with a new product in the making, programs took back seat. This was a huge factor in getting to the testing stage of our solutions.

Existing Abilities
Would potential outcomes be possible with current manpower and resources?
Retention-Focused
The business had already built a working content machine, now it needed to double down on retention.
